My washing machine will not spin fast it will only spin slow as if it was on the delicate cycle at all times. what can I do to get it to spin fast?

The motor has an electronic control on top of it that has a self-diagnosing system that at times will slow the washer. This page will explain it in detail and explain what to do HydroWave GE Washer Repair Guide
