My in-laws have a Neptune stacked washer/dryer. It has been making a squealing noise for the last few times its been used. This happens during spin cycles I'm told. A repair man had indicated the "bearings are bad" and estimated a very expensive repair. I realize the bearings for the outer tub come with the tub assembly under normal repairs. Can anyone identify the bearings needed and parts numbers. I know the same bearings are sometimes available for other units. I can press out the bearing and replace them if I knew what bearings were used.
