The water drips into the tub during rinse cycle..it takes 25 minutes to fill the tub.
The fill up cycle in the beginning of the wash cycle is fine.
Is this a repairable situation or is the washer...."toast"?

does it make any difference what temp water is selected such as hot wash cold rinse etc.
