when empty washer will spin but when presure is put on drum stops there not enought strenth found lose bolts at drive but haven't tightned yet i was just thinking maybe cluth???:confused:

Sure sounds like a classic clutch issue. The only way to be sure is to take the clutch out. Here is a link to how to do that and install the new clutch parts if when you take the old one out that is the problem.
