This washer is the atlantis. It is known for a part to go out the balance the drum. I cannot remember the name of it so i can replace the part. Also would you have the directions on how to replace this part it is suppose to be very difficult

Remove the front panel and look for white plastic shavings near the bottom tranny dome. If so, you need to replace the snubber. Post results.
