Model Number: wtw57esvwo Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
When I pull out the knob to run, it only runs in spin mode. what part would have to be replaced?

Do you mean that it will fill, not agitate but the timer will move through the cycle to drain and then spin?
Give us some more detail on the exactly what it is doing and we may be able to recommend something. Also, does the motor run but with no agitation when it is supposed to be agitating, and does the agitator top turn easily? If so, it could mean just replacing the agitator dogs.
