Water leaked onto the floor because the tub was shifted enough that the fill stream was partially obstructed. The tub could be shifted back by hand very easily. Are there springs or something that keep the tub centered?
I haven't opened it up yet to see anything but thought I would ask if there was a common part failure so I could just order a part.

Thanks,
Joe

I think it is very difficult to shift the tub that far unless something is wrong with the support structure or with the springs.

Open it up and check it out, and if you cannot find anything go ahead and replace the spring, which are not expensive.

Thanks for the reply. I had a chance to open it up and there was a broken spring in the back. The motor is mounted towards the front, so the weight of it hanging there makes the tub tilt forward. The spring counter acts the weight of the motor.
