Noticed the "ld" error code on yesterday (washer taking too long to drain).When I tried to cancel the panel goes blank. I unplugged for about 10 minutes tried to restart, it locks lid but then doesn't do anything. After about 10 minutes I get the error code "ld." Have unplugged several times each with the same result.

I don't think it is the control board, but it could be.

Under the lid are some tech notes. You need to see if the water valve assembly is getting power when it is supposed to. If it is, then it is poossibly the problem .

If it is not, then the control unit may be the problem.
