Hotpoint Washer won't agitate
Model Number: VBXR1070W1WW Brand: Hotpoint Age: 1 - 5 years
Basically the spin cycle works but the middle piece that throws the clothes around will not turn or agitate. Any ideas?

Reach in the tub and attempt to turn the agitator by hand. If you can turn it freely the agitator coupling is bad. Remove the agitator by pulling up on it until it comes off. Once off you should see the agitator coupling replace it. GE Washer Not Agitating Repair Guide
