Model Number: LSQ8243HQ0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
I have the same problem, our Whirlpool washer (LSQ243Q0) stops before the rinse cycle is complete. We also ended up with a whole load of wet clothes and water. I replaced the timer thinking that would solve the problem. Still doesn't work. This holds true for all instances of the rinse cycle, be it Normal, Perm. Press, etc.
Could someone explain what part isn't functioning properly and what can be done Ads By Google Related Models |

Tell us exactly where in the rinse cycle it is stopping. This may be a lid switch problem, so check that out also, even though it is unlikely. Also check the wiring between the timer and the motor.
