How to change belt
Model Number: GVW9959KQ2 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
How do I change belt on washer. Old belt came off easy. New belt to tight to get on. Is there some adjustment I am missing.

Hi
I have not worked on that particular model, but on very similar models there is not adjustment for the belt. What I do is "roll" the belt on by inserting it in the pulley and turning the pulley. Good luck and let us know if you get it on. Also, check and make sure you have the right belt.
