Washer was not draining or engaging in spin cycle, will spin with a manual push? and eventually drain, any suggestions?

Possibilities for your appliance to have a SPIN issues would be
*Overuse of detergent can result in oversudsing restricting the tub from turning properly that will not spin out
*Drain Hose Restricted
*Standpipe is higher than 96” from the floor
*Defective Timer
*Defective Drain Pump
*Possible “E21” Displayed > Drain hose is kinked or Household drain is clogged

thanks, i was able to look at it today and i think i have a clog in the house hold drain, i ran it into the tub next to it and it seemed to be working better,although there is still a spin problem i need to lightly touch /spin it to get to engage fully the spin cycle...i will try running a small load in the morning and see what i come up with.

I read that if it starts to spin with a push then it is either the belt drive or the clutch...but in looking at the parts diagram i do not see a clutch or belt drive?

So a bit of an update, successfully did 2 small loads, tried my luck at a bigger load and encountered the non spinning problem, will start spinning with a lite touch. any help would be greatly appreciated!
