I have a clothes washer that may have been overloaded. My roommate put a bunch of clothes in it. Now it hardly spins and makes a grinding noise.

Any ideas? Sound like the motor?

Thanks!!:)

Can you post a model number for us.

Also, can you describe what happens from start to finish, that is from fill, agitate, drain, spin, rinse, drain, spin. Which of these functions work ok, and which are having a problem.

Thanks
