Hi,
Check the washer lid switch. You should be able to hear it click on and off as you open and close the lid.

I am not really sure who I am writing to but...
... I took the machine apart as it stopped aggitating. I figure it is a belt or gear. I noticed that the motor and gear to the aggitator are enclosed. My question; Is it worth it to take the motor apart to repair the gear or is it cheaper and less frustrating to just buy a new washer? |
