My wife wanted to wash her winter coat and we noticed after a few minutes that it wasn't agitating. Now the agitator only moves about 3 inches from left to right. Can you tell me if a part of the washer has forced too much and if so which part. :(

Thank you, Peter

Your model number is not coming up. Can you recheck it and post again.

Also, can you tell us what happens as the machine tries to go through the entire wash/spin/rinse/spin cycle.

Thanks
