I have model# WCVH6800JOMR, feels like the drum is locked up. Tried to spin from inside, no luck, removed back cover and top cover, tried turning by the pulley would not budge. Is the bearings seized up or is there something else that could be wrong? Is there any other way to diagnose this?

It could be bearings, but with this model a broken support structure is more likely the problem. You just have to get in there to see what the issue is.
