Default Tub Off Balance
Brand: Kenmore   Age: More than 10 years

When the machine is filling with water, some of the water is not going into the tub because it is off center. This results in a puddle of water on the floor. A spring was laying under the machine, which we placed back on the machine, but water is still going onto the floor. Could that spring need to be replaced?

Check the base plate and the tub support for any damages.
