So I started a load of laundry the barrel filled w/ clothes and water. It started to agitate then stopped agitating and started making a low buzzing/humming noise. then it started to smell like band aides. this lead me to think it may be a broken belt, but now i'm not sure what it is i opened the back of the washer and cant see any belts, after looking online i'm also wondering if its an electrical box behind the knobs that need to be replaced. please help me dirty laundry is slowly taking over my home and almost ready to swallow me up along w/ it!

This machine is a direct drive with a coupling between the motor and the transmission, and does not have a belt.

Use the videos in this section

to take it apart and check the coupling, the pump and see if you can locate the problem.
