Model Number: LLT7144A00   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 5 - 10 years   
I Had A Repair Man To Come And He Told Me That It Was The Agitator Dog. Need To To Know How To Correct This Problem.

Default Washer won't agitate
washer won't agitate or spin . I don't know if it will draind because the water is already drained out. I have a 10 year old Whirlpool

Most likely the problem with your washer is a bad motor drive coupling (#13 on the break, clutch, gear case, motor and pump break down diagram).

- The part number for the motor drive coupling is AP3963893
