I watched your video on my washer agitator cam kit: how to replace, but after I got the screw out I could not separate the agitator. I called and talked to Nadene who was very helpful, but could not help me get the agitator apart either so she suggested that I get some help from the pros. My agitator makes a knocking sound and the "dog ears" were broken into more than a dozen pieces. I see no thrust washer or spacer bearing. I hope you can help me soon as I now have my machine apart and no way to wash clothes. Thank you.

Hello. Set the agitator on the floor, and stand on the side of it. Then grasp the top of the agitator and with a quick and hard jerk, pull it upward. This should separate the two sections where you can replace the dogs and cam kit. Hope this helps.
