I tested the water temperature -with no clothes- during sanitary wash cycle. The temperature was 115 degrees not the 157 degrees advertised. I tested during the first eight minutes while stopping the cycle and opening the door was possible.Whats wrong? Is the sanitary cycle dead ?

I have not been able to find a lot about your machine, but it does sound like the heating element is not functioning, as the termperature in your wash is close to what is coming out of your hot water heater.

My recommendation, for what it is worth it to let it alone. First of all, heating the water to 150+ degrees does not do a whole lot in terms of santizing, I think this is more marketing than function. Second, I think it uses more energy and results in higher costs than the benefits.

Washing you clothes in regular hot water should be fine.

Well, that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it.

Good luck, and let us know what you decide
