Remove the front panel (# 375 on the cabinet break down diagram ) and disconnect the hose from the drain pump (# 655 on the base break down diagram ). Check the hose and the pump inlet. If this is not the issue then replace the pump. The part number for the new pump AP3193205 Good luck. Gene.
