I have a front load that when it pumps water out it is very loud. I took the rubber boot off and cleaned some change and some chains out of it. took all hoses off and cleaned them.put it back together and no change. I took the pum off model m65 and the perpeller seems to move back and forth. can this pump be my probleme or something else please help

Well, I hate to state the obvious, but given what you took out of the machine and the fact that it is noisy during the draininng process it would seem that the pump is your problem.

Unfortunately the only way to be sure is to buy one and put it on, but given your description of what you are finding in the machine this is probably a good idea.
