Hi! I changed the fill valve assy today with the same results no cold water just hot any idea's.

Check to make sure you are not getting power to the cold water valve when it is calling for power, which since you changed it out is almost certainly the case.
The choices then are the timer, the temp switch and the temp control board, and my experience is that it is usually the temp control board.
