My Neptune shuts off at spin cycle and unlocks door.
Model Number: MAH5500BWW Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
HI, my Nuptune Model #MAH5500BWW. It shuts off when it gets to the spin cycle and the door unlocks. Now the door won't lock at all and will not run, it starts but does not lock door then turns its self off, but lights stay on as if it's going to run. Can you tell what would be the problem with this machine and if so can you all so tell me what parts I would need in order to fix? I know this model does not use the old Wax Motors.
