The Belt On The Washer Came Off Of The Pulleys,upon Dealing With The Belt To Drive Pulley Seems Really Sloppy Or Lose, The Nut Was Not Lo In Boose But The Pulley Has A Lot Of Play In It In Either Direction Is Nthat Normal, The Belt Did Not Break

The pulley should not have a lot of play. It is held on by a 21mm nut. But it sounds like the basket may be loose, check out the support struts and springs.
