Agitator don't agitate but it will spin and pump the water out. belts are old but seem to be functional. The 2 springs that tighten the motor are in place and appear to be OK but it don't seem like they put a lot of pressure on the belts.

If it is spinning then there is likely no problem with the belts or tension. Opeate it with the front panel off and see what happens when it supposed to be agitating. If the motor is turning the problem is likely with the transmission.
