When I choose COLD wash, the washer starts filling in cold water, then I hear a hum, and it water switches to warm. Cold rinse is always warm water. I tried changing the control switch but that didn't fix it. Now I'm thinking electrical WATER TEMP SWITCH?

Sounds more like a problem with the ATC board, try changing it out.
