See if it will drain. If it will the coupling may be busted and need to be replaced.

Thanks . I checked the coupling and it is ok. The couplings were replaced about a year to a year and ahalf ago, with the newer ones with the metal inserts inside. The washer will not drain. After it fills to the proper water level and should start agitating it will do nothing but start buzzing or humming for a few moments and then stop buzzing, but will not do anything else. Any other things that I need to try next ? Thanks Again.

It sounds like your pump is jammed and not allowing the motor to turn, but that would have been evident when you checked the coupling.
It could be a problem with the motor, or the timer or even the transmission which is jammed in some way. The capacitor could be a problem although that is rarely the case.
It sounds like your motor is trying to work, reaches the point where the cutoff protection kicks in and then stops.
Sorry not to be more specific, it is hard to do so without being there.
