We are having problem with machine not spinning out all the water during the spin cycle. It also has water running into the machine during the entire spin cycle. Is this normal, it just doesn't seem like it should have water going in if you are trying to spin excess water out!

These machines do have water injected periodically at the beginning parts of the spin cycle to get out any suds that are left over. Sounds like your machine is letting in too much water, which suggests a timer problem.

I assume that during other parts of the operation the water shuts off appropriately.
