We moved homes. After hooking it back up and starting the first load, all seemed fine until the spin cycle. Drum spins up fince, but once it reaches full speed, entire drum starts rattling loudly and jumping side to side.

I'm not too mechanical, but I have all 4 sides off. What do I do next? Is the drum attached to the frame only by the springs?

Try changing out all of the springs, they may have gotten sprung during the move but you cannot see the problem.

Also check the support structure for cracks and a broken component. Make sure the pads are ok where the drum support rests.

Pads look OK, and I see no cracks. Do I just order the 3 Suspension Springs? Which other springs?

I would replace the three big springs, the one little one in the back and the pads.

Good luck, hope this works
