I tried the following for a non working cold water inlet,(hot works). New inlet hoses. replaced water inlet valve twice replaced hot/cold/warm water switch in console. chect current to the solenoids, both hot and cold are working 118 V are working. Hot water flow is good Cold water flow barely any. What am I missing? could it be a 2nd ne inlet valve solenoid defective? Argh!

With all you have already replaced, It's gotta be a water pressure (from the source) problem.

I checked water pressure, and discovered enough pressure to trickle out, but enough to fool me into thinking it was something else. I tracked the cold water pipe back and discovered a faulty water valve. I repaired the valve and it is working now. You were right :o !!! Thank you for your help.
