Dryer will not dry clothes completely. The element glows, but I dont know how long it should stay on. Seems to go off to soon.

9 out of 10 times when dry times are too long it's the vent. The vent is either clogged or pinched somewhere. Check where the air exits the house and see if you have a blockage or how the flow is.
