Whirlpool won't run. Replaced lid switch because the internal contacts of the switch were melted and burned into the plastic switch housing. Replacing the lid switch still didn't fix the problem. Washer fills and then stops and won't agitate. Will not drain or spin if timer is manually moved to the spin cycle. What should I do to fix?

BrokeDown,

Check the white and gray wire for damage and a circuit from the lid swit to the power corc(white wire) and to the motor teminals(gray wire) if the wiring is OK, check the timer circuits or replace the timer.
