Default Removing rear bearing above brake assembly
Model Number: LAT3500AAE   Brand: Maytag   Age: 5 - 10 years

I want to replace the rear bearing above the brake assembly. Can I just unscrew the brake assembly and remove the bearing or will I need a special tool to remove the bearing? Any tips or instructions are welcomed. Thank you.

You should not need anything to remove the bearing.

You will want to get the brake tool to for taking the brake on and off.
