Drum Rubbing When I Spin It By Hand

I Have An Lg Front Loader When I Spin The Tub/drum It Makes A Rubbing Noise Could You Please Tell Me What Could Be Cauing The Problem.the Washer Is Level It Will Not Spin Without Rubbing And Giving An Error .
