When Washing Heavy Load, Washer Basin Tilt To One Side And Remain Tilted. Need To Be Adjusted Every So Often.:(

Take off the lower service panel and if you need to the front panel and operate it and see if you can determine what is wrong. Hopefully it will be evident.
