While disasembling my Cabrio to inspect the suspension rods I noticed water is in the tub itself. Is this normal? Laying it on its side and rolling it over did not allow any drainage. I wouldnt think this would allow the tub to spin in a balanced manner. Please let me know if this is normal or if water has seeped into the balance ring and lower plastic part od tub. Thanks
