Samsung front load washer--tries to drain on initial start up over & over. finally displays NO DRAIN error message. Sometimes I can get it to start by turning off power, waiting, then powering ON again. It seems like it gets stuck in the pre drain cycle before starting a new load, then can't get to the next part of the cycle to kick on. If I remove the pump filter (water gushes out) then it will start immediately.

I have checked for kinked or clogged lines and run AFFRESH washer cleaner tablets several times.

Why won't it drain the last bit of water from the pump to let it start a new cycle? Is there a sensor or some type of water level indicator that keeps it trying to drain. Once I get it started it runs the whole cycle and cleans fine.

Suggestions?

I am having the same problem with my Samsung WF316LAS/XXA. I have replaced the drain pump and it still doesn't work. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
