I have a Maytag Neptune washer that we just got a new motor conversion kit for. The problem is our washer does not have an AC in it, nor the blue connector harness the picture shows for the white connector ac line harness to plug into.

I am wondering if I should put on my own "blue connector main harness" plug to plug into the white one, or if I should just bypass the white one & plug directly into the control board like it was before?

No, don't start re wiring or anything like that, you'll need to recheck your model and serial number, in order to order and install the correct part(s).

Get us the model and serial number off the serial tag, and a brief description of the issue, and we'll be happy to research the parts and advise you from there.

I ran into the same problem with the new motor and control board kit for my Neptune MAH3300AWW washer. The power wires (black and white) from the main control board ended in a white (not blue) plug. Even worse, the white plug would not fit into the adapter cable that came with the kit. After realizing that the wiring was correct and only the plastic plug/socket was the problem, I trimmed one protrusion off of the original white power plug so that it would go into the adapter cable's socket. I was then able to complete the installation and the washer runs perfectly with the new motor and control board.
