recently the whirpool washer rinses, spins dry, then rinses and stops leaving clothes wet. the 2nd rinse cycle is off. the quick wash cycle is the only cycle that works properly (doesn't rinse after spin dry) what part is needed?

Probably the timer, since mechanically the machine seems to work ok.
