hi my washer will only light up control panel locked. i replaced the control board same thing (it worked last time) how do i trouble shoot it? i'm stuck if it does anything at all sometimes you can get it to say 25 mins left on load but the door doesn't lock or any thing. thanks

Very likely the problem is a bad door latch. Did it show any error codes?

You can find more troubleshooting instructions in the Service manual.

:( is there a way to check the door latch switch ? it will not let me get to the code mode it just stays locked thanks

Try to unlock the door manually as described in the Service manual (the link is in the previous reply).

hi, again its not the door looked its the panel says its locked and it will not let you do anything codes or nothing i'm begening to think i got a bad control panel. i think its going to die, i'm threating it with a trip to the scrap yard any help is appreciated thanks:(
