washing machine

Model Number: GEW9200LW1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years

We just replaced the front tub on this front loader and the steel tub inside is still sitting on the edge of the tub, which was what made it go bad in the first place it wore the lip off of the other tub. what could be wrong?
