The basket on my washer is noisey and rubbing on front outer basket. What part do I need that is worn out and supports the basket.

just a suggestion, I'm not a pro but have a similar whirlpool now 6 yrs old. When I took mine apart to replace the pump. there isn't much there that I could see would be the issue but it could be possible you have something caught in the rubber drain area, or that your machine is not level. Any other opinions?
