Model Number: AAV7000AWW Brand: Admiral Age: 1 - 5 years
Update on last post. Took the front off washer. The noise seems to be coming from the inner tub rubbing as it agitates against the out tub. Have tried spraying with silicon all moving points and seals and nothing seems to stop the noise unless either the load is light or you pick up clothes out of water so they are not agitated to the bottom of tub. The heavier the load the noisier it gets because of the weight. It is a 3.3 tub which should handle a good size load. It did not start this problem until the warranty was up.

One of possibilities there is a foreign object(s) between the inner and the outer tubs. You probably have to remove the inner tub to test it.
It could be a loosen screws mounted the inner tub. Also possible damage to the central bearing. You can find complete instructions how to fix your washer in the service manual. Gene.
