Kenmore 80 Series - Won't Spin - not coupler
Model Number: 110.16882502 Brand: Kenmore Age: Less than 1 year
Washer is only about 6-7 yrs old. Worked fine until I moved a few months ago, nothing happened to it during the move. It's been in a storage unit for three months until now when I needed to bring it in the house to use.
It sounds PERFECT, like everything is normal. It just won't spin. It drains and everything else. The coupler is fine, not worn or broken. The lid switch is also fine. What else could it be? I'm going crazy here!  Also, the basket is VERY hard to try to turn by hand, and actually, it will not turn. It just barely moves a little bit. The agitator moves freely when turned by hand.
