Washer Repair

I turn my washer on and it goes straight into the agitate cycle. It does not allow the water to come into the appliance. Rinse cycle does not work either. All the machine wants to do is agitate. Could you tell me what part to fix?

The first place to start is the water level switch and air dome hose

Part number: AP4566382

If the switch has shorted in the "full" position, or if the air dome hose is clogged , twisted or kinked the control switch will not reset to empty and allow the washer to fill.
