I recently received a lid switch assembly from you folks which I installed per your instuctions. It was a very simple job and it works great. Thank you.

I need help with the following problem now. When you fill the machine for a wash cycle or rinse cycle, it doesn't fill full enough, so you always have to add more water. This happens even if you use the extra large load cycle. What could be causing this, and is it something I can fix?
