replaced snubber as indicated---I used 1"1/4 fender washers to secure the springs before removal and it worked great. Remember you do not have to remove the pulley to access the snubber..simply back the tension off the screws and slide snubber ring out---remember to replace with corn starch...took me about 1-1/2 hours..good luck
