Model Number: LBR4132JQ1   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: More than 10 years   

tub leans toward back and will not stay level. it feels like there is a spring holding it that direction. I can't see anything broken, all springs are in place. I have worked on these direct drive washers since they existed and have never seen this condition. does anyone have any ideas.
